Welcome to Movified Nation (“Movified,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Movified Nation mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Movified Nation App. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

  You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play

• Subscription renewals are managed by your app store account

• We do not store payment card information

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Movified a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Services.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, defamatory, or misleading

• Infringing on intellectual property

• Harmful to the community or platform

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Interfere with app functionality or security

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Services

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, branding, content, and technology related to Movified Nation are owned by Movified or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movified shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
